In this complex the Technical Department operates a modern and well-equipped workshop and training school. Part of its functions include providing engineering and technical assistance to customers, pre-delivery inspection and on-the-field service. A network of 32 service dealers at various strategic locations are also available to supplement TCIE's other workshops in Butterworth, Kuantan, Ipoh, Batu Pahat, Malacca, Alor Setar and Johore Baru. Technical skills are constantly upgraded by inhouse trainers, and staff are regularly sent to training seminars conducted by Nissan Diesel, Japan. 

TCIE can also offer an attractive service contract packages for fleet owners, which includes customised packages to the exact requirements of the operator.
