Apart from the service workshops, a fleet of UD Nissan Diesel Res-Q vans provide 24 hours assistance in any emergency and are stationed in Butterworth, Kuala Lumpur, Kuantan, Ipoh, Batu Pahat, Malacca, Alor Setar and Johore Baru.

Each mobile unit is fully equipped including flood lighting and compressed air in order to handle all types of breakdowns. Breakdown staff are in constant contact with the RES-Q centre in Batu Caves by mobile phone.
